16th Annual Cookin' with Allagash

Come out for an evening of gourmet food, craft beer, and competition with the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) and Allagash Brewing Company. You'll have the chance to meet Allagash owner & brewer, Rob Tod, and try the featured beer, Tripel. 

For the past sixteen years, Allagash Brewing Company has invited the talented students at ICE to create original recipes inspired by a particular Allagash beer. As a prize, students have won scholarship funds and a trip to our brewery in Portland, Maine. On Monday, May 21st, the three finalists selected by ICE chefs will prepare their recipes in front of a team of judges and live audience. Light snacks will be provided.
